Towers from central Copenhagen, the old part of town, Copenhagen is more than 800 years old.
But none of the present buildings are that old, most dates a couple of centuries back, I guess...
Although almost all houses share the same height; it's somewhat misleading to call such a small number high:
5 levels (and that includes ground, but not roof) is the universal standard. Skyscapers are really rare, only a handfull.
Yet quite many of these low houses have nevertheless added towers and turrets, usually on corners...
