100 words
The essential dictionary
The number of languages on Earth is falling. But the number of words is rising.
To investigate this evolution, I suggest a linguistic experiment: a minimal dictionary.
If you should choose one and only one word, for a dictionary with only 100 words,
which one would you choose..?
Each person may select one word.
Words may be changed while the book is still open.
The book closes when 100 words are chosen.
You need not justify your choise but comments are welcome. Select a word...

Sex
. Mircea Pricajan: Interesting experiment. I'm all curious what would be the outcome of it. Now, let's see! What word we cannot do without? I would say it is: SEX. Going back to our rudimentary selves that word would describe us better. I'm not a Freudian in nature, but some of the things he stated prove themeselves to be true even after almost a century. So, why not? SEX is my answer. No (other) comment!
Silence
